- There may be natural blemishes/distinctions that are not product flaws. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade or handcrafted products, so you may find slight distinctions that make your purchase special and truly one-of-a-kind. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors and size of products, the actual colors you see depend on various aspects like the screen settings of your device, etc.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
As our products are intended for bath & body care purposes, obviously used products cannot be returned. You can return unopened & unused products you have ordered within 14 days of the date of receipt.

We will guide you as to how to send us back the items. Please, note that all returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt/bill, and items must be in unopened, saleable condition. Postage or shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products.

Once your items are shipped we will send you an e-mail regarding the same.
Refund policy
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund amount will be net of shipping charges for shipped or delivered orders.
Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters most to us. You can send back any unopened merchandise within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange. To exchange any item, please contact lafloraorganics@gmail.com.
Damaged items or quantity shortages or wrong items
Please, do not accept tampered packages from the delivery or courier agency. All claims for shortage items or damages or receipt of the wrong item must be reported to customer service on the same day.
