All products are shipped from our warehouse in Puducherry, Pondicherry(South India) by domestic couriers and India Speed Post. We ship your orders within 1-2 business working days after receipt of your order and payment confirmation.
Currently, we are using the services of Shiprocket, a popular app, that finds the best courier service from the list of efficient couriers services available at your address/area like DELHIVERY, FEDEX, and XpressBees Couriers for shipping the ordered items to you. For locations & addresses not serviceable by any of these couriers, we use India Speed Post.
Kindly allow the following number of days for the courier or post to deliver your ordered items.
- For domestic (metros & central district areas) – 4 to 7 days.
- For domestic (non-metros & out-of-city areas) – 7 to 14 days.
Goods need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc in the shipping instructions. We cannot take any responsibility for goods signed by a different person. If you find any shortage upon receipt, any item missing, wrong items received, or damages, we request you to report the same to our customer service on the day of delivery itself. Once we have shipped your item we will notify you by mail(please provide the correct mail id at the time of order checkout) the courier details and tracking id.
Please, note that we are charging a flat shipping rate of INR 40/- for all shipments of total weight up to 1 kg, anywhere in India. We do not do international shipping currently.
CASH on Delivery option is currently available only for orders with order value above Rs 1000.
